Return & Refund Policy

At HK Sportswear, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy regarding standard and customized items below.

1. Standard (Non-Custom) Items

We offer a 30-day return window for standard, non-customized items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. We cover the cost of return shipping for these items.

2. Customized & Personalized Items

Because customized and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for buyer's remorse.

However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a spelling error that differs from your order), please see the "Damaged or Incorrect Items" section below. We will ensure the issue is corrected at no cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a standard item or to report an issue with a custom order, email sales@hksportswear.com.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
