HK Sportswear offers both blank apparel and custom‑designed products. Custom items are made to order based on customer‑provided details, artwork, or selections. Colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences, garment variations, and production methods.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time.
4. Custom Orders
By placing a custom order, you confirm that all personalization details (names, numbers, colors, artwork, etc.) are correct at the time of purchase. Custom items begin production shortly after the order is placed and cannot be changed once production has started.
Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Processing times vary depending on the type of product:
- Blank items typically ship within 1–3 business days
- Custom items typically ship within 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other issues.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at checkout, and orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

- Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective
- Blank items may be returned within the stated return window if unused and in original condition
